Shipping policy

We do our very best to ship every order within three business days, but there may be times (around certain holidays, new item launches, etc.) where it may take an extra business day or two to process and ship your order.

All shipments are shipped discreetly in unbranded or shipping carrier provided packaging. All orders over $150 are shipped with signature required at delivery. If you need to have an order shipped without signature required, please email us before ordering to discuss arranging an exception for your order.

On orders with shipping addresses different from the billing address, especially if in different states, you may be asked to email in a copy of your state-issue identification to verify your identity and that you are authorizing this order/shipment.
